Our Vermouth
Wine-led,not sugar-led
A double base of appellation wines — Piemonte Cortese DOC and Moscato d'Asti DOCG — carrying two Piedmontese wormwoods and a bouquet of local herbs and spices. Naturally sweet, surprisingly light, and built for the aperitivo hour.

The Story
A label found inthe old house
September 2024, during the harvest in Canelli. Among the family photographs, a fragment of paper perfectly preserved since the 1930s: an original label of Alfredo Soria vermouth. It became the catalyst for a revival, ninety years after the brand was founded.

How We Drink It
The SoriaSpritz
Vermouth, something sparkling, ice and orange. A spritz with the depth of real wine beneath it — lighter than a Negroni, far more interesting than the usual.
